Each share costs €69.90 and represents 1% ownership of the master rights to the premiere recording made at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London. Shares are bought by card in euros, dollars or pounds, entered in Artyfile’s ownership register under the owner’s name and documented by a personal ownership certificate as a PDF. Owners receive a proportional share of that recording’s streaming and sync licence revenue, distributed quarterly. Payouts depend on how much the recording is actually streamed and licensed — they are not guaranteed and may be zero. Shares can be transferred, gifted or bequeathed at any time.
